Our Pet Policy

We know that moving in with your best pal comes with a little more to plan for. That's why we've kept our pet policy simple, with a few simple guidelines that make settling in comfortable for everyone, paws included.


Permitted Pets

  • Cats and dogs are welcome at The Winslow
  • Up to 2 indoor pets per apartment
  • A weight limit of 100 lbs applies per pet


Breed Restrictions
Keeping our community enjoyable for everyone takes a little care, which is why we maintain a few breed restrictions. Curious whether your pet fits within our current guidelines? Reach out to our leasing team, and they'll be happy to walk you through the details.


Pet Fees and Deposits

  • Pet screening fee: $25 per pet (due at application, non-refundable)
  • One-time pet fee: $400 per pet (non-refundable)
  • Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet
